Who we are
Upshot Concept is an event management and technical production company based in India, delivering end-to-end event solutions for corporate clients, MICE buyers, brands and international organisations across the country.

Production covers everything between a confirmed brief and a finished show — design coordination, fabrication, technical systems, staffing, show-calling and live execution.

Our team brings over two decades of combined experience across event production, technical management, and live show running — spanning corporate events, large-scale productions, and international event markets.
That includes deep hands-on technical production experience, exposure to international event markets and multinational client standards, and versatility across corporate, MICE, wedding, retail, pharmaceutical, technology and entertainment sectors.
Where we work
We manage events across India — from metro corporate hubs including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Kolkata, to destination locations including Goa and Jaipur. We also support international companies bringing events to India, and Indian companies taking events abroad.
